Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made to us in writing by e-mail.

The following cancellation terms and penalties will apply when a booking is cancelled:

Deposits will be retained as follows:
• 25% of deposit for cancellations more than 20 days before arrival.
• 50% of deposit for cancellations 15 to 20 days before arrival.
• 75% of deposit for cancellations 7 to 14 days before arrival.
• 100% of deposit for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or Non-arrivals.

Credit Cards
We do not accept payment by credit card at this time.

Children Policy
Children of all ages are welcome.

Animals
Regrettably no animals allowed as the owners themselves have two dogs and a cat. We love animals and would not want any harm come to yours as accidents can easily happen. The property is also not fenced off and your precious furry children can easily get lost in such a vast open area.
